We offer two types of sealer for your driveway or parking lot:

oil or waterbased

Waterbased sealer is more commonly used after the asphalt experiences wear and shows signs of cracking or aging.  It's an excellent way to preserve the lifespan of your asphalt as the sun & rain slowly eat away at the surface and loose stones suddenly appear.  So this constant deterioration begins to take layers from the surface while infiltrating deeper and deeper especially when the drive (or lot) is in direct sunlight.

 

Driveways less than 500square feet :

We charge $.35/square foot+ $1 per linear foot for crackfill.

Driveways 500-1000 square feet: 

We charge $.30/square foot + $1 per linear foot

 

Driveways over 1000 square feet: 

We charge $.25/ square foot + $.90/ linear foot
